Event Details

So, you’ve invested or are investing in recruiting donors and its expensive, and you need to make sure you hold on to the donors you have. This seminar is designed to help you plan for donor development, how to build a strategic framework around which to build the donor relationships that maximise income.

 Kevin Kibble and Howard Lake will provide a simple model to prioritise donors, look at the messages and methods needed within the framework, match media and donors, and provide a toolkit for an effective online and offline communications strategy to maximise lifetime donor value.

The seminar will also provide opportunities for discussion and practical example working.
